Job description
This job will provide technical support for System Storage products and solutions, include Disk,Tape,SAN, DR, ILM and storage virtualization. This candidate will help to provide technical support to system storage sales through solution demo, Proof of concept testing, benchmark testing, complex solution design and solution assurance review. This candidate also has responsibility to provide technical training to colleagues, business partners and customers.
At least 3 years experience on 1 of the following areas,
Rich experience on
IBM/
EMC/HDS/HP/SUN disk, NAS, tape and storage softwares
Rich experience on tape backup softwares like
Veritas NBU/IBM TSM/Legato Networker
Rich experience on polupar OS like Linux/AIX/HPUX/Solaris
Rich experience on database like
Oracle/DB2/SQLserver especially performance tunning and DB backup
Rich experience on Mainframe attached storage management
Good command of English include both written and spoken
Good communication skills
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in 1 of the above areas
English: Fluent
